Initial Planning Meeting for Churches Together Stall at Party in the (Rosebery) Park

Churches Together in Epsom and in Ewell will be running a stall at Party in the Park. Previously we have had a stall at the Annual Borough Family Fun Day held in Hook Road Arena, organised by the Rotary and Rotaract, with over 140 stalls to which thousands of people came.  This year it will be in Rosebery Park Epsom.  Please come to this planning meeting, with your ideas to appeal to children and families at this outreach event and your wisdom gained from previous experience  and to offer help in the planning, organising, setting up, taking down, manning the stall for an hour or two etc. etc.
All will be very welcome.
