Epsom is notable for being one of the best
places to live - home of the famous horserace the Derby, first Spa town
in England, and for having had the largest complex of hospitals for
people with mental illness and learning disabilities in Europe.
Maybe the first
and last phrases are connected?
From 5 - 12 October 2008 we will be
celebrating the first Epsom Mental Health Week with a whole series of
exhibitions, films, talks, activities, art, drama, music so that we can
acknowledge the past, consider the present and look to the future.
